Group must be one of: print (Print Process dropdown), cutting, weeding, laminate-run (fixed lookup — name it exactly "Standard Laminating" unless you also update the app), masking-run (fixed lookup — "Standard Masking"), design-run (fixed lookup — "Design"), or universal (the "None" row only).

Price Groups Markup applies separately to Equipment cost and Labor cost. Materials always pass through at cost, matching APJM.

How this works

This calculator mirrors VisuFlare's real Aleyant PrintJobManager (APJM) pricing engine: Material cost (including whichever laminate film you pick) is billed at your exact square footage with no markup — same as APJM. Print, the lamination machine run, Cutting, Weeding, and Masking all bill at square footage rounded up to the next whole foot, then get marked up using the selected Price Group's Equipment % or Labor %. This was verified to the penny against a real Pressero quote.

Additional Markup % on a line item is your own extra upcharge on top of everything else — leave at 0% for standard tier pricing.

Other / Outside Purchase Items is for anything that isn't square-footage based — hardware, velcro, hooks. Enter what you paid (Unit Cost) and a Markup % for what you want to make on it.

Editing Materials / Production Rates / Price Groups updates the dropdowns and math immediately across the whole app — no need to come back and ask for a rebuild when a cost or rate changes.

Your data is saved automatically in this browser (materials, rates, price groups, and your current quote) so it's still here next time you open this file. Because this is a standalone file with no shared server, edits don't automatically sync between people — if you or a teammate updates Materials/Rates/Price Groups, use Export Materials/Rates/Groups to download a small file and send it to the rest of the team, who can Import it to stay in sync. Use Save Quote / Load Quote the same way to hand off or archive a specific job.
