Perforated vinyl is covered in a precise grid of tiny holes. From outside, your eye fills in the gaps and reads a solid, full-color graphic. From inside, those same holes let you see straight through the glass and keep natural light flowing in. It's the only film that advertises to the street and preserves the view at the same time — no blackout, no shutting out the daylight.
Where It Shines
Perforated vinyl is described by its perforation ratio — how much is printed surface versus open hole. More printed surface means a punchier, sharper image; more open area means a clearer view out and more daylight in. We help you balance the look from the street against the view from inside, and match it to how big the glass is and how far away people will read it.
Perforated graphics need a finish made for the holes — a standard laminate would clog them and kill the see-through effect. We use perf-safe finishes (or a liquid laminate / edge seal) that add UV protection and outdoor life while keeping the perforations open and the view crisp. For any graphic facing weather or strong sun, we strongly recommend it.
