For Paneled Products
(like window films or vinyl with mullions):
Your file is considered print ready when:
- 🎨 The artwork is already divided into panels — just like how it will be printed and installed.
- 📄 Each panel is on its own page in a single PDF file (Page 1 = Panel 1, Page 2 = Panel 2, etc.).
- 📏 Each panel is sized to its exact print size (no scaling needed).
💡 Important: Please make sure panel sizes match what you measured or ordered. Adding labels or names to each panel page is helpful too!
For Murals or Full-Image Prints:
- Your file should be scaled to the final print size — what you want it to measure once installed.
- If the file becomes too large to handle at full size, you can scale it down (commonly 50% or 25%), but clearly label the scale in the file name, like:
LobbyWallMural_50percentScale.pdfReceptionVinyl_25scale_final.pdf
💡 This helps us resize it accurately before printing.
Why Print-Ready Files Matter:
- 🚫 Prevents delays and costly mistakes
- 🎯 Ensures your art prints exactly how you envisioned
- 🧩 Keeps panel alignment, sizing, and cropping under your control
